Mrs. Charlsie McDaniel

I attended Lanier for elementary school and am extremely excited to return now as a teacher. I earned my B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Johnson University. I took a few years off to be home with my 3 kids and returned to teaching last year.

Ms. Rebecca Waters

I am a product of Blount County Schools having attended Fairview Elementary and William Blount High School. My mom was a second grade teacher, and I grew up spending many hours before and after school in her classroom, which helped fuel my desire to teach. I attended the University of Tennessee where I received a BA in English and an MS in Elementary Education. I graduated from LMU with an Education Specialist degree. I worked at Lanier in the Friends program through college before starting my teaching career at Lanier. I have taught both Kindergarten and first grade with the majority of my time being spent teaching Kindergarten. I am grateful to be part of the Lanier family!

Mrs. JJ Wells

As a product of Blount County Schools, I am proud to have spent my career teaching in the school system that I know and love. I received a bachelor’s degree from Maryville College and both a Masters and Educational Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University.
